This text is a historical approach to the continuities and bursting that have been declared in Tunisian cinema since 2000 and it is both at the institutional and organizational level, as well as a stylistic and thematic level.
It tries to capture the evolution of Tunisian cinema with regard to social changes and essentially since the revolution.
It studies the emergence and specialty of the new wave of the documentary film which has been on the rise and has been an important element in the wake of the events of January 2011. Particularly the films that have presented the revolution.
It also explores the possible evolutions in the genres and types of fiction films, particularly the relation between individual / group, between adhesion and desire of autonomy.
